Your character will get Fashion -Season 2*1 if: 
1. your empire is one of the first/top 10 empires with more members of Level 45 or above than the other empires
2. and your character is Level 45 or above.

Tips: 
1. Your empire is eligible if the quantity of members of Level 45 or above equal those of the first/top 10 eligible empires;
2. All characters of Level 45 or above will be counted if you stay in the empire by 2013-06-06 23:59 (server time), even if the character was created before the event time.
3. The rewards will be delivered within 3 working days after the event ends.
