[Event] Active Players for Empires

Tips: 

1. Emperors need to recommend by the first date of each month (except by Dec 18 for the first month December) for our announcement of representative list in game; 

2. If necessary, emperor/representative can elaborate by writing to cs@lakoo.com via the email address bound to emperor/representative character's game account; 

3. Other players can inquire the representatives on what the representatives do.
