[MUST READ] What to do if you have recharge problem?

For iOS, if purchased successfully but no matching coins received, please check the inbox of the registered email of your Apple ID and provide the SCREENSHOT (in JPEG or PNG format) of the full email receipt to cs@lakoo.com with: Lakoo ID, Server/Character name, Coins purchased, Number of purchases (e.g 3 times), Time of purchase (e.g Dec 8, 2010 ).   

For Android, if purchased successfully but no matching coins received, please check the inbox of the registered email of your Google ID and forward the SCREENSHOT/PHOTO (in JPEG or PNG format) of the full email receipts (with order number, etc) to cs@lakoo.com and specify: Lakoo ID, Server/Character name, Coins purchased, Number of purchases (e.g 3 times), Time of purchase (e.g Dec 8, 2010 ). 

If you have other recharge problem (Tapjoy problem please visit: http://cs.lakoo.com/entries/22104303-tapjoy-not-working), please contact our GM in game or submit a ticket on cs.lakoo.com to elaborate for our better assistance with more details including:

1. your purchasing method/content/coins;

2. time/date (server time) when recharged;

3. any system prompt when failed;

4 other information involved or screenshots if necessary/available.

We will check for you and reply ASAP within 24 hours and look forward to fixing your problem ASAP. Thank you.

Tips: Please recharge with good/stable network connection via our latest game client version. You may fail if you recharge via jailbroken device. You can press "Home" and "Lock" on your device simultaneously to make screenshot, or make screenshot via some app or take photo with camera, before you connect your device to computer to send it to cs@lakoo.com by email. Please make sure your screenshot/photo is clear enough for identification.

How to recharge via Paypal for silver coins

 

1, Receive USD recharging only currently.

50USD = One package of 29250 SILVER

100USD = Two packages of 29250 SILVER

 

2, How long will I get the packages?

We will deliver the amount of coins to your character within 24 hours upon receiving the information of successful recharging.

 

3, How to recharge by Paypal?

4, After you recharge successfully, please contact us soon by using the bound email of your account and provide:

1), Your account, characters name and player ID.

2), The name of your game server.

3), The amount of silver coins you are purchasing.

4), The date you purchased.

 

Also, you should forward the screenshots of the transaction details from your account to cs@lakoo.com.
