10$ silver isn't a lot at all 90% of players buy silver anyway so there actually being quite nice giving so many rewards to buy just a small amount of silver. You want game updates new events and servers then lakoo needs silver to be purchased for those things to happen

Good point but still I wouldn't even say close to 90% of players buy silver... Have u been on world chat? People like me for one have family's to take care of .... Money is tight... Have u honestly tried that? Or is money handed to u by parents like most players?

Its not entirely fair to all players but its a good way for lakoo to make some good cash with little effort. And the good news is that brand new pets will be added to the game which everyone enjoys ^^ anyways if u cant buy the silver then get some gold n buy the rewards of event in trade post or world chat.

So it has been brought to my attention that alot of players are receiving summer packs and they did NOT purchase any silver or they purchased a smaller amount which shouldn't qualify for the rewards. I did indeed purchase ALOT of silver. I feel bad for those players who cannot afford to buy silver and get rewards however, I get veryad when I spend my hard earned money for something that others get for free!!!! Smarten up lakoo!!! If you are making this mistake then fix it by giving everyone a free bag. ESPECIALLY all those who didn't purchase silver.

I have confirmed from alot of people that they recieved 5x more pack than they paid for.. OR is it that I recieved 5x less?? Either way... You owe me another 35 summer pack.. This is the last time you will EVER get a dime out of me.. So crooked. Oh.. And your stupid "bot" generated email responses only piss people off more.. GFY's... Ty

they're not gonna repay u in anyway. as usual. they dont provide real customer service at all. this seem similar to the previous incident whereby if u use ipad to buy silver u get bonus. but iphone androids no bonus. so fair? =) and seriously lakoo. dont avoid me and get your higher management to speak to me. im still waiting for your reply.
