Fix this Mistake Immediately - Jasmine

Recently a guy in my empire perfect/mvp1 was temporarily banned for abnormal account activity, from what was said to be an abnormally high number of complaints against his level 57-58 artificer whose been sitting at boars for the last two weeks grinding.

He waited 24 hours for a response to his question why, to which it was responsed that he has complaints and his account will remained banned unless he explains his abnormal amount of time grinding at boars and leveling his artificer to lvl58 quickly. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT BS. That's the dumbest reason I have ever heard, you spend too much time playing my game so I am going to ban you temporary... f'ing retarded. He waited so long for a response, and then you give him some bullshit reason that he likes your game too much.

Did you bother to check the fact that the guy is chatting with his empire mates, he answers private messages, he runs dailies and MJ30 with his empire mates? Did you check into the fact that the guy is not a BOT, or isn't cheating, or selling gold for cash? No, you just assumed that he is grinding too much and his artificer is the 2nd highest in the game next to LEXA of China empire, but did LEXA get banned for hitting level 60 last week? No, but mvp got banned cause he level'd his character the second fastest?

There was no reasoning, either of him being temporarily banned nor was a reason given to him for being banned except for you spent a lot of time online. So what? He spent a lot of time online, there are people who legit have their character online all day, there are people who spend 8 hours grinding/playing eo, in a day and now you want to punish someone for playing a lot.

Did you think he was a bot, but did not check into the fact that he wasn't a bot? Did you jump to conculsions before really checking into the fact that he is really playing? No, you probably got a complaint that there is a guy at boars all day and you checked into his activity log and saw he was online like 10 hours back to back days and figured he must be cheating cause thats abnormally high for him. Maybe because he wants to reach level60 because it is a big deal, maybe the boring ass grind of boars is too much and you figured that no one would do that for 10 hours straight.

Maybe you even pm'ed him and he ignored you, who knows but the facts are the guy did nothing wrong and you banned him for a bit. There was no damn reason for this stupid stupid mistake. You screwed up! There were bots I complained about before and you did nothing to stop them sitting at peach garden, but now you jump on this kid for nothing. Totally screwed up.

Not only do I want this kid's account unbanned immediately, I also expect a full apology on the forums. Make a new forum post and apologize. You should also send him exp scrolls given from the last event to compensate for the two days he could not grind for, if he's been on for 8 hours, figure out how much exp you owe him in scrolls and send them to him. This lack of accountability is totally awful.

Halloween event, chests that drop the wrong item during events, players getting bullshit vague auto responses "like make friends with other players, ask other players for help, contact another branch of our customer service center" are totally bullshit, frustrating and stupid. Why can't you spent 10 seconds to answer anyone's question.. and if youre getting the question a lot, then make a forum post of frequent QandA's about EO, and then refer players to the forum post.. LIKE FIGURE IT OUT! You can't be so dumb not to use the forum's you've created to educated players and then not use it to educate your players, and NOT TO MENTION HELP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF!! Refering someone to a forum with their question and answer is a quick and easy way for your customer service department to do their job quickly and effectively.. so how about you do that instead of giving players who have legit questions, concerns, great ideas/suggestions, and report bugs the proper responses; and one of those responses could be .... dear player, youre question is a popular one, and we have made a forum post called' Frequent Q's&A's, please refer to lakoo forums... !!!! It's so damn easy.

So unban the kid and another else you jump all over and assume to be playing your game too much, cause that is what you want.. good guys playing your game and grinding at boars and wanting to be level 60 as quickly as possible so they can explore and accomplish all you have created in your game.

So 1. full apology to him in-game and on forums  2. more accountability and better in-game customer service responses  3. He needs to be compensated for the time he lost grinding, and he should be because that is the right thing to do.

I don't know of other mistakes you've made, but when you make a mistake then you should un-do the mistake and compensate players for their frustration, troubles.. not because its now fixed but because its the right thing to do.. The right thing to do is to help players in a quick and effective manner when they have glitches, bugs, problems, concerns (like trolling in world chat), not because people are a nice guy who doesn't do anything wrong but support your game, likes playing your game and wants to further play your game despite the way he was treated over the last 48 hours.

MVP/Perfect is a member of NewAge empire and you owe him a serious apology for the trouble you cause him.

Yeah. I agree with cots. You need to apologize to him. He hasn't done anything wrong. Others, like me, stay online 8+ hours and run around farming stuff for empire. Why ban him for grinding/farming? Whoever reported him as a bot needs to apologize to him. He's only a gamer who wants to achieve his goal of being level 60. I'm sure he used a lot of scrolls during the time he was leveling up to try and get first place in the event. lakoo needs to compensate him also. Should be happy someone spending money and their time on ur game instead of banning them without checking if it was true or not. Again, lakoo failed at things like this.

Anyway, spending 10 hours straight playing a mobile game is kinda wrong. Lakoo banned him because they care about his health.

Lakoo care? When did they care about our health? LOL.. I think they care more about the money we spend on their game. They get more ratings when there's more players online anyway. I don't think they even care if we get sick as long as we're bringing in income for them.

Like I have reported Bots before who have hung out at peach garden grinding res and lvl55 golden chests, for the purpose of helping there empires grow fast and then make gold selling chests..

MVP is not a bot, you got it wrong, he is a nice guy who just wants to play the game.. He plays the game fairly and he wanted to reach lvl60 as fast as he could so he can learn about all the new things we got from the last update, like doing wheel of fate. He was just excited to get to lvl60 and spent a lot of time in boars.. He did leave to repair (its impossible not to), he was talking to his empire mates, he did orc, and probably pt45 cause he does that every day.. It was just a mistake to ban him and prolonging his time not being able to play is really disheartning for him and other players.

He is unfairly banned and he needs to be unbanned. It's okay to make mistakes but banning a player like MVP who has done nothing it's fair. And the decision to ban him should be reversed ASAP.

He is unfairly missing time to grind, time to do orc/hero and other instances. He could possibily be level60 by now, or very close to it.. and you've killed his fun and his ability to level his character and enjoy the game fully.

There are plenty of articiers that are high levels, plenty of them grinded boars and dragon cave, did daily instances to get them to level quickly to lvl60. There might be players who bot and cheat but MVP is not one of them, even if your systems say he never left boars or spent 5-8-10 hours grinding or whatever.. thats fine, but he isn't a bot, he isn't cheating, and his character should not be banned.
