Great ideaa jillzy but for the silence zone part, it would make mj30/50 really hard to run since those mobs have rly high resists
Put more daily missions and make more exp weekends more often bcoz its really hard lvling a lvl43 at astral when we get only 500 exp its really boring and i guess thats wat makes people quit...and a new class and make it a battle mage that has sword in one hand and magic in the other

If there was one thing that this game really needs to improve on, it is the lack of developed quests available for levels 20-46. People need to have a story they can follow from their respectful faction's village. All factions should have this story/plot/quest-line to lead them to the rest of the Empire Online world. By the time they finish the quest-line they should be about level 46 and have lived a cool story that explained the character they chose.

Here is a list of changes I would like to see:
Agreed with Cots about all the game system changes.
There is a good amount of armor equipment we can choose between but There is too low amount of rings, earings, charms, neckleces and shields. Atm There is just 2 kinds of valuable biju\shileds for melee classes and for mage classes. I would like to see more flexibility (speed shields, dmg shields, phit shields). Same with biju.
With the version 3.x weapon holders have too much advantages in comparison with barehanders (more phit, more speed, more stats, ability to socket extra item, and now all weapons have amazing armor penetration and an ability to have an extra enchant and to be strenghen!). After update i see a lot of weapon holders can make more damage alone with having another bonuses from weapons.
It would be great to see some kind of boxing gloves or claws for barehanders (can be like dual weild kind of weapon).
Example:
Boxing glove:
-dual weild
-melee (-300 yes minus)
-phit (+50)
-ability to socket, enchant
-special item effect: chance to knock down an opponent depending on your STR (1 round hold effect. Chance is like 10 STR = 1% to hit).
Claw:
-1h\dual weapon
-melee (+100)
-Phit (-50)
-Ability to socket\enchant
-Special item effect: Armor penetration depending on your AGI (1 AGI = 1pt Armor penetration) OR: Bleeding (10 AGI = 1% chance) makes an opponent to loose 10% hp next round.
You have added some new skills (like axe throw) with version 3.x. I would like to see 1-2 of new skills for each other class\build.
Magic recovery (magic penetration) is amazing ability that have been added to lot of wizard's passives for free... I think it could be better to move magic penetration skills from wizard's school to shaman. So we can make an interesting alternative mage from shaman class with lower damage then wizard but having advantage of 500 penetration etc.
Lakoo... you have forgot about curse attak at all... Curse wizards are maybe ok but curse shamans cant have so high curse hit so they can have some new curse type skills like Chaos all auto skill... Also during whole year I havnt seen any event's rewards for curse attak builds...
I would like to see a White Moon instance opened.
Please, make a valuable rewards for hard long-term quests (like the Gemini Channel quests). For example: random lv1 enchant reward for completing daily quests: collect data A, collect data B.
Make an elite version of all instances (lv60 Altonia ruins etc). Or additional reward for some special way to complete instance (ex: finishing Orcs in 10 minutes = 2x alhemy bag, or finishing Orcs without using silence\chaos\hold gives an Unique General Athlon (1-time quest).
Make the fast messages (Run!, I will focus main forces! etc) to be typed in the team chat. And it would be nice if we will have a possibility to edit those messages. It will help us a lot in the fights. Or just remove this option - the only message we are using is "Run!" lol.

Well, first you guys wrecked god dog daily by making it unbearably hard for the average player. Then you did the same thing to mountain titan, only the strongest of us even bother attempting.. Now.. You've gone and made Abyss a daily instance that requires us to either PAY 350 silver... Or go farm a lvl30 area for 2 fking hours with NO xp for a stupid AUTOBOUND drop.. You guys have COMPLETELY LOST SIGHT of what an IPHONE game is.. You CANNOT honestly believe that this game will have any life left after so many screw ups.. I have played this game for 2 years now.. I have spent a TON of money because i enjoyed playing. Now i am on the verge of quitting.. I just cannot stand it anymore.. Cots, your comment pretty much nailed it.. Lakoo, your customer service is fking TERRIBLE at best. I have never had an issue resolved by your "team" and felt i had even average customer service. It is terrible.. Period. You keep asking your players to SPEND money.. Every fking instance, event etc etc ALL require us to spend silver now. The last "super winter pack" was a total fking joke.. Are you guys seriously that dense? You think people will continue to play and PAY for crap?? What did happen with the halloween event?? Honestly.. I spent a ton of money there, more money in the winter packs... All wasted.. Well now i am done spending money.. I know alot of people are. Alot of people are quitting as well.. The server is dying and all you do is ask for us to spend more and more.. So at the end of my long winded complaint i ask you to stop requiring us to spend silver, give us out dailies back..
I agree about the geared suits, why is there no suit for artificer? And just like how dawn over lord set and grim set are very similar with stats but give sabre or axe damage, so I think you should do an artificer set like moon's secret set. The set will give hp, or agi or str for first part then it will give 10 or whatever % of artificer damage, and 10 physical hit and 10 dodge? I think a set like this would intrest players more in the build possibilities and would make people start opening lv55 gold and keyless chest again. The main thing I see about the artificer is that there damage is weak, great class for pvp but in fighting monsters they are useless compared to Mage and barehanded players, but maybe a suit that gives gu% damage would help

I want missions to have pet exp. I would also like a new class called mercenary and they use real guns not laser sword guns
I want a "drunk" status... Divides all damage u receive by 2 but also divides ur physical hit, curse hit and element hit by 2... Would be a great option for pvp
the game isnt fun anymore, the more u change the game, the more hard and boring the game right now =,=
all the event is terrible,only certain classes combination can do the event, other classes kicked from party.
u guys make so many classes and weapon but only 2-4 weapon is superior,
many people quitting and lakoo still do nothing.
u guys really really have the most worst game management.

As to gameplay, how to commplete some quest or how to get/use some item/pet/skill, we encourage communication between our players for better game playing environment and experience. We are not recommended to leak details on such aspects. If BUG may be involved, details and screenshots may be better provided for our better verification by writing to cs@lakoo.com since there are word/character limitation and screenshot is unavailable via contacting in-game GM. Sometimes much more time than expected may take before a solution is available or a problem is fixed when it's related to the "relevant department". We are really sorry if it brings tard and bad feeling, which is also part of what we are optimizing to avoid.
As to temporary ban of mvp's artificer, for better verification or in case privacy may be involved, we suggest you to write to cs@lakoo.com with more details. We will do what we can.

The version 3.1 is a start. Version 3.2 will bring you 3 new systems and multiple new instances. lately, we will put our new mountain titan online for you as your daily challenge. We are also hoping you train more pets to a high level. They are going to be useful.
I'll pick some questions here to answer first:
Because we know how hard to leveling, so the eastland newbie missions are all changed. Players over 10 will have 100 silvers, By Rating us 5 stars in App Store, you will get a 15 day Thor fashion. And we have blue birds for everyone of you.
From 30 to 46, there are daily missions for you to get lots of exps. If you joined an empire, you will have more daily missions. We will try to make them more obvious.
1.6 times exp time. Good point, but we need more of you online. We are going to start a plan that if you manage to recall some of your old friends back to play. We will give both of you rewards and we will start periodical 1.6 times for you. For if we start 1.6 times, It just for you to train your pets.
EXP scrolls: We will have a plan for that. Not now though.
Barehand fighters and other classes: with the version 3.2, all builds may change completely. All the information I can offer is train yourself and your pets to level 60 and waiting for the new version :) Oh, don't forget the new mountain titan:0

more epic suits for every build and class!! you released lvl 60 but no new gear? come oonnnnn where's the goods? kff has no decent fast suit only dawn overlord which is strength based. you could really offer a lot more suits leaning to more specific builds so that people could really specialize their characters more. would be awesome!

I would like to see the Chat menu buttons reorganized from CHAT, QUICK CHAT MSG, ATTACK, SKILL, ITEM, DEFEND, RUN to RUN, QUICK CHAT MSG, CHAT, ATTACK, SKILL, ITEM, DEFEND. This will reduce the number of accidental running from battle and speed up the grinding process since hitting defend will be easier.
Suggested QUICK CHAT MSG menu: Run Everyone!, I will Heal!, I will Revive!, I will Holy!, I will Pot!, I will Silence!
I think you should make the QUICK CHAT MSG into a Team Chat not Area Chat. Also, have the chat auto populate the text into the chat button but allow the character to modify. This will save time typing while still letting the chat provided usefule information.
For example, "I will Revive!" doesn't help much if many people are dead. However, if I can type "5" after, then the message becomes "I will Revive! 5." This saves on typing time and still lets us provide useful information to our teammates.

this game is not good anymore!!! classes like hunter and shamans are imbalance.... like hunters auto attack is same damage as the main attack.. same goes to shaman.... while other class dont have an auto attack... this is turning to crap

Changes are great: new items, events with valuable items, less random - more hardcore. Cool. Keep working on it.
But please, dont make us to pay $$$ by changing the skills we are using.
Make an opportunity just for lv60s to rebuild (lvl up skills) for free for a week after update.
Or just add new skills.
We are waisting monthes and money to find the right equip, to socket gems to find the right skill's balance to make our builds perfect. And that is great! Untill we see all my work is useless cos of changes.
Oh Kos, tell us, how much money have you spent to build your chars to finish Mj 55? Have you got a 10% regen suit as reward? haha. What about headless knight? Have you spent 5-8 hours to fully complete the lv30 frontlines instance with collecting capitan's daggers\leader's peaces of armors quests? What have you got after waisting full day? :)
