Chinese server have had level 60 cap forever. We dont care about lvl60 instance being completed, let us get the level 60 cap first, then weekly or bi-weekly release a new instances for lvl 60's. Its easy and takes no time to enter into the code to increase cap level to 60. Translation problems is a big time lie, fact is lakoo is trying to put out more games instead of spending 10 minutes to increase our cap level to 60. It takes no time to enter level 60, who cares if there is no where to grind properly, no new instances. All players want is level 60 cap, the same items and pets that Hk server has. Its simple as adding new pets gems to stores, a tweak to previous code max cap at 55. This isnt something difficult. Its very simple to do.

We need more events, we need a lakoo calendar outlining the possible events and updates (not just that updates are occuring but what lakoo is doing in the updates). There needs to be more accountability on forums and in game GM. Its like the in-game GM cannot speak english because all he ever does is repeat the same three answers. Please contact other players for advice, it will be sent to a relevant department, and please email cs@lakoo.com. Thats all the in-game GM ever says. When I contact forums, never any GM to give straight forward answers. No accountability by lakoo.

Effort goes a long way, players arent seeing any effort in the last two monts. Forums, lack of effort in making previous events (a grade 9 could have made the last two events they were so simple, no decorations, no quest chain, no effort at all). Translation isnt hard, especially for text boxes. Its been almost 8 months HK has had lvl60 cap, and we are left hanging for no good reason. Simply input to increase the maximum cap, its not like players can do level 60 instances until they are 60. So let them grind till 60, and then give them instances. EVENTS ALSO NEED TO BE BETTER! Simply having a rabbit with no decorations standing at elizabeth avenue is a joke. Its high school computer class grade 9 material and no effort.

From the looks of FB lakoo just finished releasing a new game, which is probablly where a lot of their resources where going.

It's understandable that they were dedicating a lot of resources there, since in the mobile market you need to continue producing new games in order to generate revenue.  However, I believe you left too few resources left to work on Empire Online.  Few games have a community like this one (among certain people, level ranges) and you would get a lot more out of continuing to work on this game.  When people see an active staff and updates, it is a very attractive feature.  It was going great for a while, but the past month+ hasn't been to great.  A few simple replies to let us know you were really busy and more is coming would have been better than nothing. I recently got some good news, so I am looking forward to the update coming soon!

A new player checking out our forums definitely would not be enticed to start playing.  New players are good for the game, and we as forum users need to remember that sometimes too.  New life blood keeps this game updated, alive and current! WE NEED TO REMEMBER THAT <----  I am sure our forums alone have deterred quite a few players from checking out the game because of the negativity.  Even if its just us holding back your frustrations on the title alone.

If you all are busy, why don't you try getting a few players to assist you in forum, moderating world chat, etc.  That alone would make a pretty big difference.

The only thing you left out is that lakoo has 3 customer service (in-game, forum, email) and they always provide the same junk, copy-pasted messages. They never use the forum as a real forum should be used, to answer player questions, reply to their concerns, and inform players of the game's progress and new features. Instead, lakoo doesnt us its forum to do anything but tell players to email cs@lakoo, the have no idea what customer service is and its hurting their game and will continue to hurt in the other games they make and overall have a great effect on revenues.

New players are having many troubles, they lack serious direction from experience players (there are so few players 55 playing now), they are being contantly pvp'ed by level 55's who make alts to pvp new players who dont even have silver on their characters or decent pets to defend themselves and they are quitting in frustration. Lastly, there is such a negative view of Lakoo and Empire online's customer serices, growth and development, and lack of updates  that many players are turned off or are leaving the game that way.

Lakoo had the resources to update the cap level months ago, its a simple input objective. They have the power to make a forum an effective tool, but they refuse to put effort into the forums. Lastly, lakoo's customer service responses are so dumb !!! THEY ARE STUPID!! How is a player suppose to get information or anything from lakoo when all they do is copy paste the same replies over and over....... example I did a quest and the reward for killing the guy ten times in tortivican caves was to drop a tear, I emailed the in-game and he sent me; ASK OTHER PLAYERS IN THE GAME AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY... REALLY? the must be dumb as a piece of wood, obviously if something is wrong you ask your fellow players. Next I sent them a very detailed two in-game messages saying its messed up and just sent me the damn tear. To which I was told, IF YOU HAVE TO REPORT A GLITCH OR PROBLEM PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE TO THE BUGS MAIL.. .........REALLY? again, a joke response.. finally, i told them they are idiots and I want my damn tear so I can finish the quest, FINAL MESSAGE FROM LAKOO WAS TO CONTACT CS@LAKOO MAIL AND TELL THEM WITH SCREENSHOTS my PROBLEM...   REALLY AGAIN?!!! like thats awful customer serivice, lakoo customer service is a damn joke, it doesnt do anything but prolong problems and never fixes the problem.

What does giving me a tear to complete a quest give me as an advantage, if the mission didnt work for me, the first response should have been to send me the tear. There is no advantage to me, it was a bug. SIMPLE EASY TASKS like that, just asking for a mission item should not be given dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb responses. BUT lakoo contantly does this to its players.
