This is total BS

How come the Hk server has things we don't as of 8 months ago? How dumb can you be not to be able to translate things using google translate? How hard is it is increase the cap level to lvl60, who cares if there isn't any lvl60 instances you can still increase the level. They have more events, more pets (it's not hard to give us the same pets as they have), they have different items too. They also have free gold application that works, get more gold from their apps than we ever did, they have so much damn more. I bet their customer support is better too. What the hell is going on? You're a joke, it takes no time at all to translate anything, it takes less than one minute to increase the cap. The last two events were made by grade 10 students in computer class, they were so poorly done. It's not hard to translate texts in chat boxes for instances, it's really not hard. And it's been 8 months. What the hell is going on in your heads? You barely comment on forums, there are no updates, no release dates, nothing to damn do in the game. There is nothing to look forward to because you don't do anything, not to mention you aren't showing us what is coming or when. You're customer service is awful, your in game GM just says to contact cs@lakoo while your cs@lakoo says the same thing over and over, it's just a copy paste saying we will look into it. That's awful. Get your work done.

    I too feel like Empire Online has been put on the back burner and there is a leak on the gas hose.  We don't see the GMs around like we used to, which does not boost our confidence in our future.

    This game has SO MUCH POTENTIAL, and in reality - all we are asking for is content that you already have.  You aren't building anything new for us!

    It doesn't take a lot to make us happy, but you really need to start focusing on end-game content and your high level players.  They are the backbone of the game.  They are the ones who inspire low levels to achieve the same status, get awesome gear, have fun and take advantage of the unique awesomeness of Empire Online.

    IT DOESN'T TAKE A LOT TO MAKE US HAPPY.  WE JUST WANT THE CONTENT THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE ON A DIFFERENT SERVER.

    What's going on LAKOO?

    I am sure you have plenty of players in game that would be willing to help you translate for free as long as it came with some content.
