I bought a ton of purple and red rose chests and end up getting New Year's items instead of Valentine's day items. Instead of getting temporary V-day fashions, I got happy new year's male and female fashion. Nothing related to Valentine's day event at all. I approached lakoo's customer service about it and they told me "the rewards gained by opening chests each time are completely under a random system, which means you may get anything by opening chest." I responded back by saying the chests that I bought are event chest and it gave me something not related to the event theme. Their respond "It's a normal current game setting." Does this make sense to you all on the way they replied? The red rose chests gave me two golden new year bags which gave me a stupid spring happy hat and a golden merfolk. Those could've been a rose set right there if they haven't screw up the vday chests! Lakoo's workers are slackers and always avoid our complaints. They're not taking players' complaints seriously.
Recently, I won the forum event called "love vows''. I found out all the winners of that forum event got their login ID's displayed. I reported to lakoo and lakoo told me it's a public information and it's necessary to post it with the character's name but already taken it off after many complaints from me. So those who won the last forum event, I saw your login ids and memorized it. If I was a hacker I would use a program right now, I can easily get in your account and destroy your characters you have on that account. Lakoo doesn't seem to think the login id's is a personal thing to us. We know we don't own the characters and lakoo owns it. We're just enhancing it, but still, our login id is what makes it ours and not shared with the other players.
In August of 2010, I sent in a complaint about being ripped off of my gold. It was when item shop lv 11 was just "in", I bought keys with my gold coins and it always deducted more than the price listed. At that time, people were generous and had no tax on their empire. So I bought keys at 20 gold coins each but was charged extra after I left the empire. I sent lakoo screenshots of it and I never got any replies from them back. They told me they'll take care of it and give me updates about it. I never got any updates from them nor a refund of my gold that was charged extra for.
Just wanted to add this also, I know many of you complained about it too but nothing has happened? Anyway, when your spouse is in a different area and you tele to him/her to see what they're doing or just to give a surprise pop in, it's free. But what you don't know is you get charged entrance fee if they're in an empire that requires you to pay entrance fee. Why didn't lakoo just stopped us from teleporting to our spouse or ask if we want to pay a fee because of the area our spouse is at?
I have more complaints but I don't wanna vent anymore. I just want to say to lakoo "You guys suck at taking actions and resolving matters!" You guys have taken our words too lightly and ignore what we have to say or report to you. The way you guys handle things reflect the laziness you all have as lakoo's employees. You guys are ultimate slackers. Customer service sucks. Learn to give a damn about players and apologize correctly instead of trying to bribe us with something cheap in the game.
