Is GM favoring China Empire in Arcadia?

Finally the opportunity came when the emperor of China Empire failed to put up his war cards on time and Shogun empire declared a war on them. In the end China Empire lost without paying the war fee and ended up losing a lv12 Shaman Institute to a lv11 and % of the empire resources. Just today, GM returned back the lv12 institute and the resources back to China Empire.

 

My question is, why did GM failed to acknowledge the fact that the China emperor failed to put up the war card on time which gave Shogun empire the opportunity to declare a war on China Empire? Did the GM investigate this case carefully and check their own system log before ruling in favor of China Empire?  Did the GM simply believed everything China Emperor said in his defence without checking? This was the 2nd time it happened and previously GM returned back the losses to China Empire claiming that there was a system glitch and this time round it was the same EXCUSE?

    oh yea GM, a question for u.

    when my empire was attacked 1year+ ago and i have no barrack buildings, can u explain to me that its fair now in front of everyone? that update was abrupt. no pre-updates that war will be release. so? please answer now. empire with no barrack vs lv 10 or 11  barrack.

    anyone wanna take over sge empire drop me a mail. we will further discuss. alternatives will be just destroying it and quit this miserable game.

    Dear players,

    Thanks for your valuable opinions of War Protection Card. But the Empire War system was launched stably for a long time and we cannot change the function of this item only because some of our players want to defeat the others. We may fix the bugs or consider your requirement to make some adjustment in the future. The most important thing is we should not force the players to attend Empire War if they do not want to.

    To build player's own empire is the unique and attractive point of our game. How to bulid and develop a strong Empire was decided by Emperor and Generals. We'd like to mention again that "Empire level differences within 3 and above cannot be declared war." If you don't want to build any barrack in your empire, we strongly suggest you to use War Protection Card to protect your empire. Thanks.

    now im highlighting the issue which was when war was just launched. dun F*** around with me.

    your 'UNIQUE and ATTRACTIVE' way of updating this game abruptly, input war system. i got attack right away when barrack wasnt up. lol. this is FUCKING fair since war system was launched?

    u guys didnt care abit. and now what we last advise you is for a FAIR SYSTEM. if you cant see clearly change your specs.

    F A I R, i can lend u a harvard or oxford whichever you need. you guys are not looking into a fair system for us?how long will you take to consider your damn requirement? i told you so many issues since all the every single updates, i dont see any significant improvement? so? what you gonna do now? just hide and appear once in a while to hold our replies here? this is such damn good customer service i expect from lakoo.

    u called ur war protection system stable?lol.protection at non war time frame.wats the fucking purpose of it?if war protection card are effective for 24hrs then war time must be 24hrs too.tats FAIR!u build the empire then u must protect your own empire regardless of the time difference between asia and europe and not simply put up a card at non war time frame n hide like a turtle.its tat wat u call fair?as for the war event,i cant be bothered anymore.simply useless event!
