Yes I'm wrong. Couldn't expect anything much from lakoo. Was given 1 epic pet gem which rewarded me a 2 days limit slow turtle. Polar bear which 1 week later issued to everyone lmao. If u call that a reward. And judging the number of suggestions and complain. If u think it's only reasonable to give such gifts. It's no from Santa giving a toy to a good boy which the toy will disappear after 2 days. Or a toy which eventually Santa give every neighborhood boy.
Nothing of significant value or special value to the one rewarded.

Sorry but I think this server is falling apart pretty quick. Most of our soul have left and soon virtual physical entities will leave as well at this rate. It's up to u to act before or after. I have nothing much more to advise already.

The bug u specify was reported a year ago and it's taken u this long to resolve?! Hopeless "customer service" team and u start replying to us about new equipment and crap? GM team is a joke. Take 2 incidents and 1 year time to actually fix a bug that takes 1 day to fix. It just show us how bloody competent u guys are working. U guys  really need to be screwed all over before getting things done. Only shit u guys know how to do it properly when it comes to making profits. I remembered that day my account was banned when i sold my perm refresher for gc to another party without knowing his gcs were abnormal. Had to call back to HongKong from Singapore for 5 days daily to screw your pathetic customer service officer whoever was dealing my case. Best part of the story was the pathetic female customer officer (no discriminations to females here) told me that they are waiting for a reply from the guy that bought my perm with abnormal gcs before proceeding whixh is why it took so long. Simply epic.

And when Shogun empire reported about not receiving tax from non-citizens? Also took its own sweet time before finally deciding to compensate only 1000 silvers. Fair to all party? Utter rubbish. Do u GM team put yourself into other shoes? Imagine losing something for $10,000 and the judge says u can only be compensated for $1000 and no appeals. Epic GM team yet again

Thanks, the classes right now for hunters (very cheap gear, very strong class, very overpowered) and axe shamans (their new auto is the biggest concern) are creating an unbalance. I've seen the upgraded gear of axe and bows and they just are scary. Two overly powerful classes just get even scarier.

I suggested a new fashions concept where players merge fashions and tranfer the effects to a new look. Simply too many people look too much a like. Creating new fashions isnt the answer, even if MJ white and mj red fashions look cool. The solution is to have a merge with the many fashions (temp) you've already made. Have the 10% fashions transfer 10% to the new fashion and have the 20-10% fashions transfer their stats to create new looks. This lets players look how the want without creating unbalancing or other gear/pet concerns. It should be hard to make, and there can be a 100-300 silver fee. People will use this multiple times, changing their fashions continously over time. Girls want to look more girlie and guys want to look cooler. The goal is to please everyone and I feel this is a huge positive step. It provides so much without doing anything you haven;t done and cannot do. I know there are cool bug fashions etc comming, but no1 cares too much, they want to look how they want to look. So let players look how they want to look, there is no hard and no foul in doing this fashions idea.

Its a game based on us time. If you dislike the time it runs on, you have the option to play an alternativa hk server. Complain About injust times is absurd to say the least. I understand that they Returned all losses to the enemy But the enemy was wared in after hours. next time war 2 hours earlier. I agree with cots, we need more events to keep players interested in this game. Bugs will always be an issue as nothing in this world is perfect, and asking for a perfect "unbugged war" is asking for too much. The game needs a better balance of classes. The war system is as good as it ever going to get. Personally the limiting of wars are what I like as some of us actually do have a job and life and therefore cannot play 24/7. I would hate to come back and find that my empire has been destroyed just because I could not log in due to life circumstances. What we need to be asking for is war agreements at any time during the day. Where two empires can agree for a war even after the timezon

After the timezone war time expired*. Hope lakoo does listen to your suggestions guys, as they are currently trying harder to improve our game. Like I said they are trying and us complaining and rudely posting here only prolongs that advancement. We humans aren't perfect and can not expect them to get everything right, because we ourselves are not perfect. Takes time to improve, but taking too much time causes losses. Losses that we currently are seeing in our server, ppl quitting because of the lack of faster paced updates like the main HK server. I understand that hk server was created first but we should not be 1 year behind the same damn game.

Honestly i cant blame em for not replying here anymore, it is in all likelyhood the smartest thing they can do. At this point no matter what they say or do your still gonna be angry so theres no helping that. Also if they do exactly as you say they will only SLIGHTLY passify you guys while completely enraging the chinese empire as well, so that just causes them more trouble. Responding to this thread wont do anything, they tried that already. All it likely did for them was stress them even more. So in the end all they can do is wait for this topic to die when the players go to fuss over some other mistake/flaw/glitch/hack/or any thing they deem imperfect.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience/misunderstanding caused by the empire war time bug not fixed for a long time until recently.

Our processing earlier for @中华联盟@ remains unchanged by returning/recovering the materials/building as reward for reporting the bug, since the empire's loss for that war against 将SHGUN将 was caused by the bug as they're not ready for that war because of the bug as our system records show.

As to our processing for 将SHGUN将, we still will not deduct the materials the empire won for that war. They deserve it as a war winner.

Hi GM team if u say that there gonna be an Empire war event coming up,,, I would suggest that on dat period of war event No war protection , war assault cards to be use... Dun defeat e purpose of ur event...

That would be a clever idea joanne and a good way for lakoo to repair its image without sacrificing too much face with allies of china.

At least someone from the management team replied after EIGHT DAYS since the last post from GM.Well since u guys insist its a bug ok fine,shogun side accepts it.anyway u guys are the GMs we cant do anything to ya but there are still problems and questions u need to look into it and give us an answer.

1.war time frame is from 10am-10pm,y is there a need for an empire to be protected during the non war time frame.tis question had been asked many many times by other leaders too but no satisfactory answer from u.war protection cards,just from the name itself u can see is to protect from war and war time only 10-10.useless from 10.01pm to 9.59am.so pls do something abt it.card will only be activated during war time frame.

2.Empire war event,i agree with joanne quek,during ur war event if war protection cards are usable then the war event will be meaningless.dont let tis war event turn out slapping ur own mouth.The war event results is base on current win records or will only take the result from 1st Oct till 7th Oct?

We have tracked the usage of war protect card for a long time and the result has met the design purpose, we won't make some significant change of war protect card at the moment. Instead we will bring in some changes on other aspects of emprie war system.

Banning war protect card during this event will certainly affect all countries in the server, including those which do not want to fight. They may still need this item to help them enjoy some peace and quiet. On the other hand, during this event, we encourage all countries to join the fight by remitting the loss of defeated country while the victory country can still receive the reward of winning.

Gm open ur eyes widely or put on ur glasses!!!!!! Those so called countries not willingly to war might only be @中华联盟@ jus use ur fingers to count hw many empires using war cards now???? Might be jus e one n only!!! Since u guys r trying to work out an event to pleased all empires I dun see a point seriously why war cards still usable... If dats e case den U have still disappoint most of the regular players by this so called empire war event... Totally defeated ur purposes on this upcoming event.. It's only a week for ur event why not taking out war cards for jus a week ????? Do consider these seriously.. Dun use ur do called empire war event to pacify us...

If they're not doing anything to balance this war properly. i will just leave. waste of my time. looking at current situation. renewing card at sg 2pm+ where by war can only declare latest between sg 1pm-2pm. if lakoo is even thinking properly. this would be fucking resolved long ago. jeff, lee, let me know where they gonna update.
