Is GM favoring China Empire in Arcadia?

Finally the opportunity came when the emperor of China Empire failed to put up his war cards on time and Shogun empire declared a war on them. In the end China Empire lost without paying the war fee and ended up losing a lv12 Shaman Institute to a lv11 and % of the empire resources. Just today, GM returned back the lv12 institute and the resources back to China Empire.

 

My question is, why did GM failed to acknowledge the fact that the China emperor failed to put up the war card on time which gave Shogun empire the opportunity to declare a war on China Empire? Did the GM investigate this case carefully and check their own system log before ruling in favor of China Empire?  Did the GM simply believed everything China Emperor said in his defence without checking? This was the 2nd time it happened and previously GM returned back the losses to China Empire claiming that there was a system glitch and this time round it was the same EXCUSE?

    I have uploaded 2 pictures to back up my argument here. The 1st pic, WarBefore, clearly stated that the card expired on 08/30 2221.  The 2nd pic, WarAfter, clearly stated that a new card was put up on 08/30 0027, which is why it shows the expiry date on 09/03 0027.

    We know the war zone time period is from 1000-2200 and off war period is 2200-1000. Here is my argument, do u realized that if I war an empire at 2259, it is still within the war zone period (1000-2200)? As long as I declared a war within the hour, example, 2159, it will show that I declared the war on 2100. This system has always been around since the war was implemented in server. 08/30 2228-2259 is the window which gave Shogun empire the chance to declare the war on China Empire and China only managed to put a new card at 0027. 

     

    So please tell me why are u favoring China Empire and declared that it was a system time glitch when all along this was the system you implemented since day 1.

    this is our final lapse in this game lakoo. its up to u to decide and act accordingly. u can either have arcadia becoming as new as bosnia soon. we dont have any energy to argue, complain and to debug ur game for u. we're drowned by utter disappointments. do feel free to carry on ur template replies or what so ever.

    It's such a lame excuse of using a (BUG) when siding wif Chinese emp so obviously... We have enough proof to shows dat this isn't a gitch

    As a EO Gm u shud investigate on this matter seriously n not jus by hearing Chinese emp explanations or reports... Such a big disappointment!!!!!!

    i tell u whats a frigging bug. war cards protecting 24hours, renewing card in non war time. how to fucking war? when we war u say its bug. i got nothing to much to say to lakoo already. your 'normal setting' of game SUCKS and its IMBALANCED. people just logon every 2 days drop a card or war us at low fee. seriously the player's concern arent going anywhere. this server might as well close down.

    Dear eo gm, referred to need4spd attachments u can clearly see n look into this matter seriously and investigate. Aren't u gg to comment dat attachment is a bug again???? Even a blind can tell... If only 中华联盟emperor can cry n beg his lost back den whats the whole idea of this game??? No war??? Peace???? Lmfao!!!

    so are they going to admit is their mistake for believing china and do a open apology to all players that they believed and were unable to check directly? and saying its bug? we're all waiting for their reply. before we hit the destroy button. end our frustration disappointments anger.

    No reply after strong evidence provided???? Management team went holidaying or hiding???? Returning Chinese emp losses was fast tho... But slow in reverting back in our queries.... Gm char in Chinese empire???

    Escaping nor hiding is a best idea.. Wads this forum or feedback or suggestion column for???? Isn't a game gm to be impartial??? But it seems corrupted...

    Gm u best in hiding all the way... btw i'm Emperor of SHOGUN if u cant see with your eyes so i telling u NOW... since the very start of having War system... Our target is 中华联盟 (even so call Jason is BETA player...so what.... Beta won lose? ) ...yes no doubt is them... or i can say the pussy Jason...i don think i need to speak in polite or gd manner here... u DARE u can delete the post or delete all my accounts or even SHOGUN empire.... that just prove that you only know how to hid...

    You said PVP or War system is the ways this EO should be... so we did what is should be done... we War them, but what F***ing wrong in the GM management? everything is BUGS??? beside BUGs is there PEts? or Ghosts? All my Friends and every single soul who play these game... commit their times and $$$$$$$..... but they get unfairness from the game ... I can still remeber when War system started... 中华联盟 war SGempire first... they win... they shouted all over the world on their victory, but when SHOGUN manage to War them right after their 2nd war... with our low level barracks, we won them... then ever since they can keep hiding behind the War card like YOU did. how many war card they have? only YOU know... if you want us to list out all the BUGs or unfairness or GM is Kill us softly(you can just tell us ) i think there a lot...

    1) 中华联盟 LOSE WAR... GM return them EVERYTHING....(if SHOGUN lose? sorry nothing can be help---right? )

    2) Shogun won the first ranking to reach the Alchemy in event... 1st rank win 5000 res each... but when we mail you bout this... YOU STILL DARE TO SAY is there such EVENT??? OMFG ...GM u best liao. if u wan to say must wait for rank 2nd & 3Rd to be finalize... then don Waste YOUR & MINE times...

    3) Shogun Empire - set taxes... regardless on how many %... till one fine day... we find out NON-MEMBERs buy or learn skill from my empire... no tax charge.... meaning your so call STUPID BUGS or someone there who don like us play nasty.... in return from ur SO-Call mail... handicap us 1000silver...yes 1000 not 1000k. Halo you think we begger like 中华联盟 Jason? we just want what we earn for or strike hard for... now we lose so much silver on , we only get 1000.... this is fair? Pussy Jason lose war, YOU return Full amount ?

    4) War timing - FYI we have team-mates stay watch 24hours in EO...YOU feel happy? they stay watch 中华联盟 on the War card timing, as so to war 中华联盟... yes really stupid to follow ur timing just to war that pussy, and get these result...

    5) too much to say... i leave it for those that think YOU suck...to carry on.... BTW if rather to carry on to follow your so call PUSSY RULES.... (Jason Rules EO only) you can see SHOGUN , SGEMPIRE, SGHUN will self destroy with HONOR.... and i will very very ensure that you will get your Blacklisted repu in Gaming. this is not threathening... this is COMSUMERs RIGHT.... somemore cheated in $$$ too...

     

    ps....Jason where the hell are you???? KNN you like to bark.... come i waiting for you.

    You need a full server to kill that empire lol. Hilarious and now help from gm still no luck haha. But let me say something, the timezones vary and you need to realize that the timezone for you to war was over in me time. In my time it was 01:00 when the war happened. You guys need to look at the martes as of the timezone that this game is based on. Not your timezone. Your mad at a game lol. And not only that buy want the time to vary in your favor, im not againts you But clearly

    But clearly ur ignoring the timezones aswell. In my timezone the war period was already over. Maybe in yours you it was still available, But we have to look at the both side of the stories not just our own. You want this game this gane to vary in favor fact is so do i. Lol. But were ignoring other people and the times, which we also have to take into consideration

    I think its time to clear out everything. let's see how long lakoo will reply and whether they will reply to every single issue.

    1). when war was launched, it launched abrubtly without any warning, announcement information. my empire has no barrack. got attacked straight. gm tell me: its normal setting of game =). suck thumb. tolerate.

    2). when china lost war last year. gm say its bug and therefore reinstated their silver last year. saying it will be resolved.

    3). it happened again. same reason. bug. reinstated. i thought it was resolved? i Isnt it normal setting of war that no matter what time u declare war it is still rounded to its hour. 2259 = 2200 war starts. 2230 = 2200 war starts as well. now lakoo saying its bug? so u did not manage to resolve ur bug? inefficiency, useless? why should we accept your answer.

    4). u can fucking remove the war system.

    a) war card renewable at non war time frame. meaning if u use war card during non war time, 24 hours after it expires, u wont get attack since its non war time and can renew again. <--lakoo claimed normal setting of game.

    b)war time frame its only 12 hours. but war card protects 24hours. fair? <---lakoo claimed normal setting of game

    c) send our suggestions to relevant department? nah. nothings working.

    5) just delete our empires if u feel we arent important at all. but its ok we will do it ourselves sooner.

    6) imma not waste anytime and effort on this game. look at the number of players who left. they arent even concern too =)

    Now we wait and see for to see what time is right, yours or theirs. Sorry for mispelling But auto correct hates me. The problem will vary in timezones. Good luck on getting ur problem solved but it's difficult since the game doesn't run on your time. It runs on lakoos time. You need people from all timezones to ss the fact that u wared during the period that you say you did, otherwise they can jut say tht you wared during improper time.

    I have stated clearly how lakoo war system works since the day it started and explained clearly the opportunity shogun empire had made use to war jason in my 1st 2 posts. Its either Lakoo is too stupid to get it or they chose to ignore it and sides with 中华联盟  empire. Either way Lakoo GM is pathetic even if we all had written so many and evidences/arguments being enough said.

    we wait and see? How long? Kos replied 1 day just to get the correct name of China Empire. I replied 1hr 20mins after Kos and till now not even a fucking single reply from GM team. This so called bug GM claims happened last yr and China Empire got their losses returned to them. 1 yr later they didnt fixed the war system and GM still insist its a bug.

    Hopefully this can be addressed soon cause the last thing a game needs is favoritism towards a competing top empire.  I hope this gets figured out quickly for you all

    The timezone system needs a revamp as their is way too much room for error.  This causes problems with item shops, events, and now war - which is a vital part of our game.  Please take a look at this

    They sure read the post.... Small issue they can reply fast... Unfair or complaint issue... Need to discuss with relevant department ... Which take forever to reply.... This is there so call customers services ... Halo gm... The whole world still waiting for you... Or do I need to behave like Jason??? As to get things done fast??? Btw Don give reply like you DID before ... Asking stupid Q like china referring who???? Or Jason referring WHO.... If you ask again, mean you not taking our issue seriously or I need to open new thread just tO SHOOT at Jason or CHina empire?

    GM... Cant do anything much on ese matter?? Then sorry to hear you shldnt create this game nor made urself a GM. Whats the point on covering for chinese emp whereby so many ppl hated them for their guts?? How much $$$ did Jason give to you Lakoo??!! You have to be fair... NOT ONLY Jason that spent their $$$$ n time into this game!! Lots of ppl did too... Be fair on ppl that you called CUSTOMER aka lakoo's gold mines. Dont give your customer lame excuses or hide to give a explanation with a evidence, why need to give excuses on BUG or GLITCH?? I have been playing tons of rpg games... But honestly i nvr see such a CORRUPTED system n GM doesnt even give a shit out of it. One side have given the attachement to be evidence, how abt Jason which clearly that being cover his backside by YOU?!! Does he have any evidence or just a freaking empty rubbish arguements?? If Jason only give arguements only... Then anyone can give their arguement to get what they wanted out of this game!!

    FYI LAKOO... Your have been lied n trick by your own player... Notice ozzynz?? This player lied to lakoo, saying that his account been hacked n lost his pet. Whereby he accidentally sell it himself to npc... From here we can tell how SMART lakoo is

    of us that is concern about the war are just waiting for your good explaination! I mean GOOD explaination NO More those stupid replied that u gave to us! Need4speed had post the attachment that clearly stated that YOUR SO CALLED bug are just plainly rubbish! Get back to us, dont forget we are your customers too!!! Stop trying to brush us away with your entertain replied. If u guys are going to protect china empire then im hope to let u know that this is not a smart move! Trying to cover up for 1 empire and losing others potential empires by forcing us to destroy it. U are destroying lots of customers too! If we are not getting a satisfy answer by so call lakoo team management, i will know how to leave my feedback for this game and im pretty sure those that are as disappointing by your service will be doing the same.
