Hi Lakoo

Can you please enlighten me why my mitsuki account (ID 1067828) is muted (reason: Inappropriate behaviour). Please can you give me the exact reason of what i have done wrong to be muted and please no diverting from this question (your question has been submitted to the relavent department) thanks.

    Lakoo only reply to those easy thread like suggestion. When comes to complaint or other harder enquiries, they will suggest a user to email them instead. What a shame, Lakoo. This really a stupid company i ever seen before with such a lazy staff as well.

    Yes indeed, lakoo has deleted my second post which involved them muting my account a second time on terms of spamming. However all I did was post world and area chat buying stuff. There timer prevents spam so how can you mute someone who post's when the timer let's them. But as I said before they have deleted the post and was very quick to do so, unlike replying to people

    Become a role player is my suggestion if you don't want to be muted for buying stuff on world chat and area chat. Good job lakoo
