Suggestion: To close Lakoo forum

Lakoo, did you ever consider to close this forum? To be honest, if you're not running the forum well, i think it is good of you just close it instead of getting people to post their question and enquiry here and end up you're not going to reply to any of it.

Or maybe can you tell us:

1) Why you guys are not replying to your user threads (or did you plan not to reply at all)?

2) How long it need to take for you to reply your user (or did you plan not to reply at all)?

3) How many CS member is taking control of this forum?

4) What is the Lakoo forum for (to you as a staff)?

5) How frequent that you check the threads here?

 

I am pretty sure you guys won't answer my question above.

    I think this is a great forum, 5 pple from sge newage come in here and complain constantly while the rest of us adapt to the game we enjoy playing. Whenever i get bored in game i can always expect some new comedic relief from those same 5 complainers!! Keep it up! I need a laugh!

    Lakoo, i am still waiting on your reply on this thread. You guys are dead or the forum is totally inactive? If it is inactive please put announcement in your game or maybe a topic here. I think the organisation has a lot of useless staff in there and you guys are totally useless!

    Sorry for any misunderstanding. And thanks for your support on our game and forum, especially Danielle, who is consistently supporting with post after post.

    We sincerely thank all of you who contribute so much to the game development, though most of you even did not complain once. ;) We sincerely apologize if any lagging feeling is involved. And we sincerely hope you do not hesitate to let us know how you feel and what you want from/about our game, which is the forum set up for. 

    Let's laugh together and ever... :)

    DJ, you mentioned 'Sorry for any misunderstanding'. What kind of misunderstanding you mean?

    I'm not supporting your forum, so don't have to say thanks to me. I just want to see how you guys mentioned before where you said your team is checking the forum everyday (but by looking at the turn around time, it show that you're not checking in daily basis). 

    Next, the question i ask above, do you understand? Do you need a translator? It no, you still haven't reply it yet.

    You guys are so coward to reply my threads (Lakoo). If i am your manager, you guys are going to get sack anytime. With the responsibility you have with the company, it will surely bring the whole reputation down. Poor team

    After pushing, finally you guys replied. Question posted on 7th June 2012 and you replied after 7 days (yet you still didn't reply to my question). When i kept asking on 15th, 22nd June and 4th July 2012 and now you replied on 7th July 2012. What a great job. Shame on you guys.

     

    Before that, may i ask gain, do you understand english or you need translation? You still haven't reply to all my question above which is posted on 7th June 2012. Or you guys prefer to reply one question by another with 1 month one reply?

     

    You mentioned that "checking the forum everyday" as it has CHANGED to "irregular time basis".

    1) What does it mean? You mentioned 'it has changed', since when you chance and i didn't even see the notice or annoucement (do i miss it?).

    2) Next, why you said my misunderstanding? 'Brian - Lakoo' did mentioned before that HE is checking the forum in daily basis before (http://cs.lakoo.com/entries/21161148-the-game-is-dead). Did you ever mentioned in your game or in this forum that checking forum is by irregular time basis as you mentioned above? If yes, where and when?

    The link you provided above said:

    "We usually reply to a case within 24 hours and solve it within 3-5 working days if you write to in-game GM or submit a ticket in http://cs.lakoo.com/."

    3) Question, you mentioned reply to case within 24 hours. What about those case/ enquiries where your user ask in this forum? Please state clearly whether is this from forum or via email?

    Last, the link you provide above, did you check with your manager? Do you know there are a lot of thing which is not complete and no end results? Poor you guys, just submit something but yet it is not complete at all. Thats why i said before, you guys are so lazy!

    4) So when do you plan to reply all my question in this thread? Another month or next year? OR, you plan to delete this post so that you can cover it (you should get what i mean here)?
