All Race quests are bugged

Im having a problem with quests for all the races in game... i will be allowed to get to a certain point in the quest story lines and then it gets bugged. For example in the eastland storyline i have a quest from "coldbloodedness" that says i must talk to "master Liu" which is the warrior trainer and it says i have to upgrade my skills for the quest but when i talk to the trainer he says i have to finish all of "coldbloodedness" missions first. it does this for all races please help me thank you
