Lakoo has not been slacking! They just put up ANOTHER update for Chinese server! Now that's a lot of work! So give them their due credit for being ever so hardworking. I am a Singaporean but Chinese by race so I really can't say they are being nicer to Chinese. After all, I have only been waiting for like 12 freaking months for a proper update in EO, or half a year for a decent event and 3 months for a truthful reply from CS!
Frankly, i am not bothering on what Lakoo is doing whether they are busy or not. End of the day is they get paid and this is their job responsible. My point is the way Lakoo treat their user. As a customer service and you're taking care of forum BUT there is no reply immediately or even have to take like 2-3 days. If you can't do it why you tell me earlier that you check the forum everyday? Is pointless. You have to know that your customer care line is still not up yet and your work is like part of it for email and forum. So why it still delay on the forum feedback? And Lakoo mentioned will reply in 24 hours if contact GM in the game and email. Are the forum dead? If yes, just close it. I will be much more happy if you do so since you're not taking care of it at all.
@Muyo, this is all about Customer Care responsible and is part of their job task and not about how hardworking is them. Not even related to the game also.
For a company who release any new update or new feature, it is their responsible to test before hands on, release, customer feedback and enquiry.... If the company can't even take care of one of the processes, you rather not to release any update.
I am with you 100%. Since telling them straight didn't get through to them, I thought I should try some reverse physchology and maybe shame them to do something for EO. I mean which part of the world takes months to fix a telephone line! They just don't want to hear from you. They can shun forums and emails like they are executing so perfectly now. Once they have perfected their telephony circumvention protocol, I am sure the line will be back on.

Empire Online 3.0 is right around the corner
All I see is HK server having so much more than us, its taken lakoo over 8 months to do a very very very damn easy input to raise the cap level.
What has lakoo been doing apart from giving HK all these new mounts, capes, items, a new class, and countless of level specific things... well it seems they are busy making more games instead of doing a simple key input to quel all of the complaints. There is no admin on forums answering complaints or concerns, the in-game GM simply COPY AND PASTES the same 3 damn messages to players.
The cs@lakoo email customer service center does not provide help and if it does its not sufficient and it takes them forever to fix things. Lakoo is so sloppy on their customer service and the game has suffered with many people quitting or not playing for months on end. Many customer service problems can be prevented, the lack of effort on forums can be fixed.... PLEASE CONTACT OUT CS@LAKOO, what the hell is the FORUM FOR ??? Its for problems, not to sent problems to CS Email? LIKE FIGURE IT OUT, THE FORUM IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE TOOL, SO WHY DO YOU JUST REFER PLAYERS TO THE EMAIL???!!!!??** Makes so damn sense why you have a forum if it doesnt do anything**.... there is never any updates given by lakoo to players, maybe you can use the forum for that. Maybe you can use to forum to help players with customer service problems or in-game problems they are experiencing, MAYBE THATS WHAT A FORUM IS FOR. Or maybe a forum is for players to contact GM of Lakoo and get feedback and help and to voice their concerns, BUT NO ALL YOU DO IS TELL PLAYERS TO SEND EMAILS TO CS@LAKOO.

My frustration went through the roof yesterday knowing Chinese server was updated AGAIN! CS has been reading forum but they are avoiding complaints from the likes of us. Only simple complaints gets the stereotype response. We are being avoided like plague. For months, I understand CS desire to maintain some dignity by not coming right into our line of fire. But it seems if we don't boom them out of those bunkers we will be the ones left to rot. EO is like an illegitimate child whose parents are trying very hard to forget about and left to die of starvation. The one great irony is EO players pay almost twice as much for silver than Chinese version players. I wished there's a counter showing we have only one tenth the game population of Chinese server to deserve such "privileged" treatment.
