So you waste my time by asking me when each item was bound and within what time then tell me I'm only allowed one item within 24-hours of being bound? But when I asked previously to unbind my angel's song you said no such service is available at all. I think your company is full of shit, your customer service is slow, mundane, useless, and pathetic. Your reasonings and explanations do not ever match up and each new excuse is excrutiatingly annoying. I would suggest Lakoo hires a new customer service employee line-up for a game that is deemed free, it's only a trial unless you spend money to increase skill levels and advanced further into the game itself. Despite all that money-making scandal, your company still lacks prompt and helpful service. I'll gladly set up a legal team to investigate exactly what your company does to allocate spending and funds and, trust me, should I have to go to such lengths, they WILL find any and all illegal activity. Deprivation of customer's rights and services paid is quite provocative and illegal. Have a nice day. Enjoy. Don't bother unbinding my items that were accidently bound. Have fun with my legal team. Sincerely, K3Hoshi.
Customer Service #1? Yet we still play like mindless zombies.

Lee Cotterill Like I have said, the socketing button is way way to close to the binding button. The binding button is way way to close to the trash. People are playing on screen that are 2-3 inches and for grown-ups or 20-somethings our fingers have a hard time typing on such small screens, let alone touch buttons that are so close that it shouldnt be your fault if you bound a few items accidentally when attempting to socket for your other character, or socket for someone else.
Many +3 gems, and 99% of +2 gems are autobinding. Players always send non binding items to their alts or empire mates to socket their gear. I myself frequently use the auto binding gems I recieve from DG40 Chests, to bind gear for empire mates, and my alts because otherwise those gems are useless and would sit there un-used. Its hard enough spending 56.50$ to bind one of my damn items with 7 for 14 agi, and now a lot of the gems I would like to use are bound to a character that is unable to use them or even give them to my main. The only solution is to let players freely swap binded items amongst the same username account (multiple accounts, too bad for you).
I agree, players often accidentally bind items. I myself have left items to others to bind, used alts to bind, and have more than once accidentally bound items (like my kratos sheild! ARGG which now sits in Cotsy8 and was meant for my other character, but I tried to put agi/hp/phit on it to reach 7 for 14-15 but I accidentally hit bind, and was screwed and now it rots in my inventory bag).
People pay a lot of $ to socket gems, spent a lot of time grinding meat daily to get DG40 chests and potential good gems, and if they make mistakes like binding items accidentally trying to socket them or even make a mistake and drop/or bind. Its no one's fauly. I blame it on screen size, big thumbs, and sometimes its just plain and simple accident.
Bad luck happens to everyone, fixing it turns a bad and stressful situation into a positive one. It doesnt take much to help players feel better about their mistakes, espeically when its hard to find items in-game, hard to socket items, hard to afford items you cannot find easily, and especially hard to have such a small screen and a misclick play a role in such frustration.

Andriux You can press NO. Thats it why you complain just press button no and thats it :/ If youre socketer its sometimes hard press that button i know some people (and me) who sockets fast. Dont socket fast do it slow if youre not sure it takes 1-3mins relax and socket then you wont bind. Andriux .And btw socket on accs that you want that item to be ;)

Lee Cotterill With the high number of auto binding items dropped from DG40. It's impossible not to use the +2 and +3 gems sitting on alts. Everyone speed sockets, there items to gain some sort of advantage or because it speeds up socketing process lol. Most players by now have 4 55's and using autobinding gems is a smart way to socket items. If we screw up and accidentally bind items, it's totally on the size of the 2 1/2 inch screen. Oh yea, the difference is really like 1cm between bind and socket, maybe less so.
Accidents happen. People make mistakes and bond a good item like kratos sheild on the wrong character. And now the damn kratos sheild is sitting in my bag :( all because the socket button is so damn close to the bind button. It's a really easy mistake. Sometimes players need help from their own mistakes, and unbinding falsely bound items is a good step. I made a mistake and it's not rotting in my bag while the character who could use it is really weak :(-Cots

Alleluia I understand that Lakoo does not want people binding items then having people simply asking to unbind later. This is unfair to other players and wastes Lakoo staff time :) At the same time, I also recognize that the current system can frustrate many players who accidentally bind items of value. Lakoo staff is in a tough position trying to determine who legitimately bound an item accidentally and who is simply trying to abuse the unbind feature.
I suggest two things to solve this.
- Make the bind feature use the same function as the delete a character feature. If you had to type YES to bind an item (like you need to type DELETE to confirm deleting a character) it would prevent accidental binding.
- Also, add a more thorough tutorial that walks players how to bind and what it does. Lakoo would save time by not needing to unbind items after this was implemented.
In the meantime, I suggest unbinding items from characters when they ask and note the character ID to track the one free unbind request. Have one GM handle all unbind requests and track with a spreadsheet. Don't require the unbind to be within 24 hrs of binding since a player may have just learned that items could be unbound or may not have even realized it was bound (especially when socketing). I know that I just recently learned this was possible by reading in the forum and I have been playing for quite awhile ;) I think this would ease a lot of frustration and make the game more enjoyable for players and GMs alike.
I applaud Lakoo for wanting to make sure people don't abuse the unbind system and for wanting to make things fair for everyone. If you do decided to implement the spreadsheet tracking system until a confirmation typing YES feature for binding is available, I think it would be a good public relations gesture to give everyone a clean slate on the one item unbinding. Make a post in the forum where people can post ID and item accidentally bound. GMs could cross reference the forum request against the spreadsheet and forward to IT for unbinding. This would also be a good place to post Thank You Lakoo!
Keep up the good work and thanks for listening :)
Alleluia
