We all know forum is a place to discuss, yet no one from your company has done any discussions with the players that had posted many complaints about the game. If forum is different than customer service, why do you have on your home page "Welcome to Lakoo Customer Service!"?  Why have you direct us to this site when there's no help coming from it at all? Seem meaningless to play when Game mods avoid us on forums and emails. So when will you take your time to know your players in English version of Empire Online? When will we be the importance of your gaming developing experience? WE as whole are taken very lightly. I've completely stopped playing Empire Online after the St Patrick event was lame to do. The game has gotten very boring and the only entertainment in the game for me is when people start their own Kdrama-serie-like. Why is it that Chinese (HK)  version always have updates of new instances and new events when English version is left behind doing the same thing over and over. We don't even have gunslinger in our server yet and the level cap. If you're saying translating is hard, you can just put it in google translator and then revise it to have proper English words to it. I think players who knows both Chinese and English pretty well, will be glad to help translate the text. I've also heard that in other versions of Empire Online, the cost of silver is lower than English version. Why does English version silver cost more? Whenever lakoo decides to do their job, I'll think about going back to playing EO. But for now I will just assume they're busy trying to get our version updated (unlikely of it because they lied so many times to us).  Sayonara all~!

Ofc revamping bosses without lv60 patch means many people need to reskill(which is suck that we have to drop to 0 then start from 1), gem socketting etc.. = more silver they have to spent.

What should I say after reading so much? Overall, we given an unknown date to where new update is gonna release. It better to give the game a rest. All those players that contributed to this thread will feel like they gonna vomit blood soon. Thats mainly because customer service do not understand what we trying to say. Some of us could have remembered when buying silver from eo(in-game)...how terrible it was. Frankly speaking, Lakoo need to engage staff with better understanding of the english language. The point of talking to a wall...is to get everything to rebound and get hit. The empire online(eng) version is like dying. We waiting for "water" to revive the game. But, I think the sun too hot...all the "water" are dried up. Wake up Lakoo, empire online is not the only game that people can play. Just, look at your server...u can see how much players have stopped playing.

Have you seen your game? Every map I went to, no new low level players. People in the game don't do much anymore. They just stand in town and stare at each other then logs off. Looks like everyone is depressed. The game is every EMO.  I don't even have a reason to buy silver anymore. I'm guessing most old players feel the same way as I do? You guys need to do something to the game before it dies out. Don't depend on us to bring people in the game by the way you're treating us here. If we help spread the word about this game, you will ignore them like what you're doing to us now. There's no reason for us to call our friends to join a game that doesn't respond to us or even acknowledge our feedback. Our friends will only be disappointed like we are. That's all I have to say. if i could guess they are trying to focus on the next update with all their power (thus the tiny two previous events) im growing very impatient though...they should try better to hype the level increase

Tis game stinks all we do it pvp or hv the chance to farm dg meat or stay at tp all day there's nothin to do u make events that r worthlless and made by 5 year old kid inventions. They ain't fun or give anythin good. Ppl stashing there gc in there bag bc there's no really good items that's worth the gc, openin chests r just outragest ur luck in 1% in a million to get somthin good. Y carnt we hav seprate servers one for pvpin one for monster area ( or at least not allowing forcin only requests) iv played tis game Over 1 and 1/2 years now and ur loosin ur long term players just disappointing it is that gm doesn't do anythin or make new stuff . If I was gm boss I would be doin events every month or hav a boss gm playin eo everyday to c if ppl r happy

We need more endgame content and if you all are overstaffed or busy, let some players help by fielding questions on the forums as mods, monitori the EXPLICIT AWFUL WORLD CHAT, etc.

It's as simple as creating a badge reward system for new gear etc.  It at least gives us something to work for...Why don't you put MJ on a 1 month reset time, or even 2 months.  It's an awesome instance, don't let it go to waste!
