Problem binding my account on other devices

Hi , I've been playing my account on iPhone and registered my email account but when I tried to bind my account to my iPad, it says" this email is bound to several accounts" and I cannot play my iphone account on my iPad. Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks.

    Ok, got the problem fixed, just need to send a request to their customer service, explaining your problem and your email in question and just have to wait a few days for them to get back to you and fix the problem. :)

    I also facing the same issue with my Andriod. End up getting more steps and yet not solving at all. So disappointed as all my effort may just gone to waste.

    Kos Lakoo, this kind of issue you can't check from your side and reply to your user here? You still need your user to email to you? If yes, the forum is useless... Can you please close this forum?

    Ya, keep email to lakoo and don't post anything to this forum because lakoo won't be reply to their user threads and. Lakoo, don't understand what mean by forum and engagement. 

    BTW, what do you mean by 'ASAP'? Lakoo ASAP can be like 1 week or more... 

    Anyways, end of the day, the problem won't be solve still by Lakoo which is useless. Poor Lakoo

    it seems when i binded my account on my main device and tried tot transfer to a new one, it made the situation and gave me the chars of a different device
