A suggestion for lakoo

This may be just a small little thing but I felt a bit disapointed when I leveled the warrior skill "consecrate" to lv20 only to find that it only heal 60% of the team. While this sound very good on paper, it is a big let down ingame because even this spell not only takes the life of the caster (healers being one of the most important ppl to try to keep alive) but also it only heals the team slightly more than a good team heal scroll (which heals 50% all, requires no sp and doesnt kill the caster). now im not saying that the spell should heal 100% or even 90 or 80, but i do feel that the spell should be slightly stronger so that we arent paying 1200-2500 sp and our life so that we get a tiny 10% better heal.

If you do wish to take this suggestion then as a player I would say that having the spell jump to 65-70% heal instead of 60%  (65% is still a lil on soft side but its an improvement).

Also if you feel that increasing the healing isnt a good idea you could make this spell truely worth while by keeping the low 60% and also adding the effect that it revives dead partners by some small degree (5-10% revive so that it isnt overpowered and cant be taken advantage of) this would make the healers sacrifice worth it while still making sure the team pays a heavy cost, the healers life (healer tend to have 30-60k hp which is a big loss indeed)

A final alternative would be to decrease to healing but increase the number of turns it last (for example: instead of 60% it would be 40% for two turns) i personaly am not a fan of this one though.

in my opinion I like the idea of the light revival and heal as it seems to best embody the spirit of this spell (sacrafice self for all?) and there are few times where the entire team is only slightly weakend and not dead so that the spell would be worth the healers life. but in the end its your choice to change it or not. I would like to add that I understand that if you increase its power you may have to increase mp cost slightly (1-2k mp for a spell that kills you is a lil much but anything under that seems managable.) I hope you take this into consideration and improve upon this currently underpowered spell thank you.

Good points RyuFang! I don't use this skill on healers because it really is only worth it if the healer is almost dead anyway and there are better healing powers. I like the 5% revive chance maybe as a level 21 (10% for level 22?) skill because it wouldn't replace the existing revive skills but would make the skill a little more competitive if the team is seriously weakened and some members may die. It would be interesting if the revive effect even had a chance to work on the caster. A small chance of rising from the grave after giving your life to save your comrades (ie Gandalf the White). Anyways, good thoughts RyuFang :) Thanks for the consideration Lakoo team :)

lol ty Alleluia always good to here ur thoughts and support. tho the lv 21/22 thing would mean that most healers ingame would miss out on this skill because most current healers are either shaman (like me) or kungfu, and making veryone have to make a warrior healer to get this skill would DEFINITELY get the current healers up in arms.  i think the upgrade would be best applied to the lv 20 of the skill, but that idea of having a chance to revive yoursel after use would be a good lv21/22 idea. food for thought lakoo

Oh, good point! I knew I was overlooking something :) What if the lv20 gave some mp back also instead of hp? So maybe 60% hp and 20 or 30% mp? I am quite bad at keeping things balanced in case you havent noticed lol

    Hello Ryu,

1HP to 0HP is life or death, this can exactly be descriped in our game. Some minor changes to the skills may change the way you fight a lot. We may need to carefully adjust the relevant numbers.

So, even if we need to adjust them, we may need a period to do it. And I have had your point and submit for you.

    Enjoy your game. Thanks.

I completely understand Mr. Kos, I was mearly doing my duty as a player to point out a fairly underpowered skill (with alot of potential) and offering suggestion as to how it could best be fixed without breaking the game. However Im not a game maker so I definitely will leave the balencing to you. I hope things go well and this game continues to do great.
