Quick Recap. After 8 months of trying to get to gold coins that I have paid for and showed proof with iTunes reciepts, the partnership that is Tapjoy and Lakoo continue to play games with me. No only does Tapjoy refuse to provide me with help, they have emailed me saying the reason why their gold coins don't work properly is my fault. They also say any attempt I make to recover my lost coins or money is not their responsibility and they refuse to acknoweldge my requests to talk to someone in management about the recovery of my lost coins. They also refuse to reply to my emails asking tapjoy to provide me with informations about the amount of gold coins the applications I have purchased would have totalled. They simply intend to rip off empire online players, and Lakoo isnt doing anything to help. EXAMPLE: over the last 8 months, tapjoy has told me lakoo has only emailed their company once inquiring into my problem, ONCE!
Tapjoy has scammed so many players out of their money its incredible, and what has lakoo done. Well as seen below, Lakoo helps tapjoy scam. Here is an image taken from my cell phone. The image shows LAKOO suggesting to their players to visit the Tapjoy website. No longer does tapjoy post listing in-game, lets face it many of their application didnt work and for the most part tapjoy refuses to help players recover their lost expenditures. Now, Lakoo suggests empire online players to visit tapjoy's site to make a few gc per download purchased.
Lakoo has continuously pushed my issue of tapjoy's free gold coins scam under the table, to try and distance themselves, but this image clearly shows lakoo supports its buiness relationship with tapjoy. What kind of company only contacts tapjoy once? I sent an email asking lakoo to ask tapjoy to look into the matter, and KOS sends me an email asking me for my reciepts again. Really KOS? Thats not productive at all, you have my lists, my pictures, my iTunes reciepts. You in fact have two sets of images of each, and you ask me for another list etc.. thats awful. How about you helped me out 7-8 months ago when I first encountered this problem.

Its been 8 months of lakoo's laziness, 8 months of emails and lies on tapjoy's and lakoo's part. Nothing has been solved, I have no recieved any gold, any official apology from an executive from lakoo about their awful service or lies about attempting to help me. I have not recieved any sort of items or gold as an apology, I haven't got anything but lies and empty emails from calvin, kos and company at cs@lakoo.com. Where is the executive or non customer service respresentative I continously ask to help me. Maybe a big time player in Lakoo can do something of use, instead of someone whose job it is to check forums, emails, and in-game questions. Like when I emailed Tapjoy I atleast talked to two separate customer service managers, their personal email addresses were given. By no, I continously get emails from cs@lakoo.com and not someone's personal email, where they actually are singled out. FIGURE IT OUT, ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS!
