how i can log in with new account?

hey GM n other , i've done to crate new account from acc.lakoo.net/login.do ,then when i logged in on empire online ,it said , account doesnt exist?whats wrong ? i've tried also to make new account from empire chinese version, but when logged in still said doesnt exist ?please reply , thanks (:

Hello Alyne,

The English veresion of Empire Online doesn't need you to create an lakoo ID, you can create your characters directly. If you already have the login interface, please provide the UDID via your email to cs@lakoo.com. We will check for you.
