Account button on login screen (for android users).

So I think I need to put this in the new forum. I have an android device with a lvl 46 character which I invested real money in, I don't really care about the money but the character it self. My phone was in my pocket and I guess it pushed the account button or something. Or it might be because a friend of mine logged himself in his account with my device. Anyway I can't log in on my character because the account page shows up every time I touch the login button. Lakoo told me a while back that my character was bound to my android device. This might be the case, but how am I suppose to login with my character if the account page pops up? I mean seriously? If you have an account button on the login screen, give us the option to create one, or take that crap off of there. Or at least tell me how to log on my character again ...l

    I have a lv53 character that like chris I can't get back into for some reason but heres te catch my character is on my iPhone and it keeps saying my password is wrong. How can I not loggin with a saved password when I haven't even touched it? I haven't had any issues with this before and I'd like to know what's going on

    Hey matt, do you have your character bound to your e-mail? If so, try the forgot password button and enter your ID and email adress.
    It should send the password to the email adress.
    I dont know, but this might help.

    I've tried that too but no luck I'm not even sure if it's bound but either way they need to find another way to recover accounts because people like me that have over 2 dozen separate emails have issues remembering all these different passwords.... Lol I mean they have our account numbers or names so why can't they bring them back that way?

    If you ever had an account, your email adress should be bound to the account, if you never typed in a password or lakoo id, you probably never had one, which means they need to give your character name and the UDID or the IMEI of your device to a staff member of lakoo so they can make sure that the character is yours. The best thing to do (what i did) is submitting a request on this website (the link is at the top of this website) and tell them your problem and follow the instructions that they give you.
    They are helping me right now.
    And the reason why they cant bring it back (if we both have the same problem) is that the problem comes from the device, and not from them.

    It's happened on all of my devices tho and this happened shortly after the maintainence and update.... Was this update and maintenance supposed to be all day? If so why doesn't it say maintaining and updating?

    So what's going on with the loggin? Because it's not my fault they seem to wanna say my set password isn't right /: idk.... They need to work this out

    Hey new user go android and the game. I have made an account on the fourms but the as I have seen in the iphone version is not giving me a register option? If anyone has a snwer that could help me to this. That would be great

    Thankyou for giving me my new name but I can log in at 10 pm or later 3am and up says pass doesn't work but works at previous times

    i have this same problem for my android i cant log in my account to other android phones because the character is only bound to the phone. i hope u can help me too. i want a log in name and password.. Please help. Thanks in advance

    Hi all,

    For the latest game version, to log in old account on new device, please tap More-Setup-Account-Bind on the device after inputting email address bound to the account. Then you can relog in on the device to play the account. Please read related description carefully and ensure 1 email address bound to 1 account. If your email address is bound to more than one account, you can provide other email addresses accordingly to ask for changing account-bound email address via your current account-bound email address. After we change for you, you can Bind as previously mentioned.

    If your Bind function is still not working, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket in cs.lakoo.com with related account names, UDID/IMEI, any full system prompt when failed and other details. We will check for you.

    My screens cracked on my ipod touch so ive got a new android.  Usually I just send you my udid of my idevices.  What number do i need for my HTC android so that you know which android to bind my account to?  and how do i get that number on my android.
