Lakoo & Tapjoy's Scam

Over the last 6 months, I have been dealing with Tapjoy and Lakoo concerning applications I had purchased in-game. I had purchased several applications that did not properly award gold, I was told by lakoo to contact tapjoy. Upon contacting tapjoy, both via the 'missing gold' add-on, and tapjoy's customer service email, I was informed the problem was not theirs, but lakoo's. Both companies blamed the other and refused to help me recover or compensate me. I was told that in order to recieve compensation I would need to send iTunes reciepts, as proof of purchase. Not only did I send the iTunes receipts, I send other screenshot of proof of purchase to both lakoo and tapjoy. Lakoo said they would facilitate the recovery, or the rewarding of my gold. This is what lakoo did: I was sent an email my tapjoy saying that over the last 4 month in question, Lakoo had only send one email about my problem. FOUR MONTHS!! ONE EMAIL!! Lakoo, repeately told me they were in contact with Tapjoy and facilitating. I send them emails several times asking for progress reports, or copies of the emails they told me they had sent to Tapjoy. Instead I was repeatedly told to be patient and Lakoo would resolve my problem. Lakoo then sent me email saying they couldn't help me, NO WONDER THEY ONLY SENT ONE EMAIL IN FOUR MONTHS!!!! What kind of scam is that? Lakoo in an email, admitted they were buiness partners with Tapjoy and had no influence over Tapjoy rewarding the gold. It looks like neither party cares about rewarding my gold, I spent $ and all Lakoo and Tapjoy cares about is the $ in their pockets. I have spent a lot of $ to support empire online, and Lakoo disregards my support in favor of Tapjoy. Tapjoy then sends me 5 months later an email saying, it's it not Tapjoy's fault THAT I CHOSE TO USE THEIR PRODUCT, AND THAT IT DID NOT WORK. They then blamed these faulty apps on connection problems, and how the developpers of the apps were at fault (yet never bothered to tell them about my problem, after repeatedly asking them to forward my problems to their several developpeds) becuase it would interfere with their buiness relationship and could cut future revenue if these developper's knew Tapjoy was a BIG FRAUD.  Tapjoy has asked and received my itunes receipts, asked to see pictures, which I have sent. And have blamed everything on other companies, and even blamed me for using their program.

Here is what I am asking, first off, Lakoo must end their relationship with Tapjoy. I know of several players who have sent itunes receipts to Tapjoy, only to have Tapjoy turn down their request for their gold because of lies they made up. Secondly, Lakoo needs to put pressure on Tapjoy to return the gold that is owed to players who play their game, support their game, and even spend their $ on. Thirdly, I would like Lakoo and Tapjoy to compensate me on 6 months of lies, empty promises, deceipt, and in tapjoy's case fraud. Lastly, I would like those who use forums to post their problems in dealing with Lakoo or Tapjoy concerning the recovery of gold, or $. I originally asked Tapjoy to refund my money by either awarding me itunes $ or placing the $ back onto the credit card. They said that would never happen and any resolution to my problem would not award me financially for the $ I have spent. Hmm, that is a total SCAM.

    I forgot, one last thing. Please upon posting your own stories, can you post your email address (perferably the one used on your iTunes account), my family lawyer recently died over the hollidays (he was older than dirt), but I will ask his son who is taking over his buiness to look at my case. He might ask for 'displays of repeated' similar cases, in which point I would like to refer him to your cases. Please and Thank You.

    Hey kos. 
    You had sent me an email before I went on Christmas holidays. You asked me to contact tapjoy concerning the amount in question. I had emailed tapjoy asking them to provide me with the total amount to which I was give an email saying it was my fault I chose to use their product. And out the blame on me saying it wasnt their fault. I sent them another email last night saying that such an accusation was bullshit, and it is their program that failed. In the email i sent last night, I again asked tapjoy to provide me with a list of the programs in question, their high point and low point in gc in a list to which I would then forward to lakoo. However again, they probably aren't going to do it, probably blame the fact their applications don't work on me again. I know over a dozen people who sent tapjoy emails and iTunes receipts concerning failed gold purchases. Tapjoy responds that these people do not deserve their gold for normally one of two reasons. The first tapjoy stats that the applications not working isn't their fault, so it'd not up to them to reimburse. The second excuse they use is they argue that these applications didnt connect properly to their servers. Both excuses are attempts by tapjoy to dodge blame so they do not have to compensate these players. I'm sure you get complaints about missing gold, the majority of players give up because tapjoy just strings them along and never intends to help them. Tapjoy rejects claims and lies to these players, essentially they are scamming your empire online players out of their money and frankly it's taken 5-6 months for my thing to sort out and again, it's not even resolved because tapjoy is still messing me around. How many players gave up after a week, or two or three, or even how about after tapjoy sends them a reply rejecting their claim. This isn't an isolated instance, it's all over the game. As we saw In the last forums, I had 5+ responses in the first hour after I had posted my case. This is going on, tapjoy is scamming your supporters and they are Angry and it's a serious problem. It's time to end your business relationship with them because they are serious,h hurting your players both financially, stress, and overall frustration. 

    It's good that you're trying to step up after SIX months, but I've wasted SIX months for a problem that takes two days at most. What kind of customer service is that? Do you feel that such a case is acceptable to your supporters, or even in general sense of customer support for any business? 
    Like I asked before, tapjoy refuses to compensate me with the money I spent. They refused to give me my money back. Why haven't they compensated me for my troubles with artificial currency, hmmm. SIX MONTHS of troubles, I should be getting something for my troubles, like if I had a problem at a restaurant my meal would be free and I would get a voucher for the next time. If I went to a store and purchased something, I'd get my money back and would get a gift card for 15$ or 15% off on my next purchase.

    SIX Months!!! Like that is unacceptable. How are both lakoo and tapjoy helped me in six months, they haven't helped. They've strung me along and hoped that I would drop my case instead of making it public. If tapjoy isn't helping how do you expect me to do anything when both tapjoy and lakoo just string mr along and are helping each other, blaming each other, and in most cases refusing to accept blame and step up to compensate me. SIX MONTHS of troubled, what is that worth? Like really aren't you fed up with my constant emails and my problem, which is easily fixable. I sent iTunes receipts screenshots etc. and it should have been resolved in days not HALF A YEAR!!!

    Hello lee,

    We have informed you many times, we need the following information to process your request.

    1. The original email receipts you have recieved by buying these apps. If you have bought those apps, you will receive the email receipts sent by Apple.

    Since those apps are not our games, the receipts are also not sent by us. If you do not provide the relevant receipts, we cannot process further without the needed information.

    1. The amount of gold you should have got.

    We had no idea how many gold coins should be refund to you. And we did not receive your clear answer about it in these 6 months. 

    We do want to help you to solve this problem and we have given you the solution about it, please kindly assist.
